E-MU Vintage Keys 32-Voice Rackmount Sound Module

Original E-mu Vintage Keys rack module, model 9045, in excellent cosmetic and fully working condition. The faceplate is clean, the display is bright and readable, and the buttons and encoder work properly. All functions have been tested.

Released in 1993, this was E-mu's way of packing a room of classic keyboards into 1U of rack space. It has 8 MB of 16-bit samples, 32 voices, 16-part multitimbrality, and 256 presets. The sample set also covers Wurlitzer electric piano, Hohner Clavinet, Fairlight, and Yamaha DX7 sounds, plus drum samples.

It has three stereo outputs, configurable as six individually assignable outputs, so you can send pads, keys, and bass to separate mixer channels. There are no internal effects, so the signal comes out clean and dry for your own reverb and processing. The E-mu programming interface is quick to learn and easy to tweak, which makes it good for studio and live use.
