This site is operated by Matt Brosious, PA, doing business as Bluewater Pro Audio ("Bluewater," "we"). By using this site or ordering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to order.

Our Gear

We sell new, open-box, used, and vintage pro audio equipment. Condition is described in each listing with photos, so please read them. Accessories are included only if listed. Confirm that an item fits your setup (connectors, power, voltage, impedance) and have vintage tube or high-voltage gear checked by a qualified technician. You use all equipment at your own risk.

Orders

Prices are in US dollars. Most used items are one of a kind and we also sell elsewhere, so if an item sells before your order is processed, or a listing has an error, we may cancel and fully refund you. Orders cancelled before shipping are fully refunded. Please give us a correct shipping address; we may charge for reshipping if a package comes back because of a wrong address.

Shipping Damage or Loss

If an item is damaged or lost in shipping, we will pursue a claim with our insurance and need your cooperation, including sending requested photos, giving an official statement, and keeping the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved. Once we have all requested information and the claim is entered, your refund is processed within 7 business days.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns

Returns are accepted for 14 days from receipt. Please contact us first for authorization.

Defective or not as described: we pay return shipping and refund your full payment, including shipping. We inspect returns to confirm.
Changed your mind: refund of the item price less a 10% restocking fee; round-trip shipping is not refunded.
Opened or disassembled items (such as opened with a screwdriver) are not returnable. We use technology to detect this.

Warranty and Liability

Except for the guarantee above, items are sold as-is, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim other warranties. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as damage to other equipment or lost income. Nothing here limits rights the law does not allow to be waived.

Payment Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can fix the problem. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent and share order records with payment processors and carriers to respond to disputes.

Disputes and Governing Law

You and Bluewater agree to resolve any dispute, actual or alleged, arising from this site, your purchase, or these Terms through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's consumer rules. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Bluewater waive court actions and class actions. Florida law governs. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these Terms at any time; the posted version applies.
